First there wasn't a ribbon like the picture showed. The whole ballon is lopsided. The enamel is sloppy and the colors running into each other. Very poor quality.

Pretty cute pendant, but it's a little large an bumbly, awkward length, looks cheap with a very yellow-y gold chain. Definitely won't be wearing this out, but it's okay as far as necklaces go.
