Easy and Durable

This was by far the easiest time I've had applying screen protectors. I usually get a fair amount of bubbles and I had to sit there and mess with it, but this ones barely had any bubbles and using the card got rid of them very easily. They were a perfect fit for my 2DS and it didn't change the screen visuals or stylus use at all.

I was really surprised that not many companies had screen protectors on the launch day for the Nintendo 2DS. I figured I could pick up some PDP, Hori, or even a Rocket Fish branded one when I picked up my unit at Best Buy. There was nothing! I kept checking online daily for 2DS accessories and finally this screen protector (as well as some very high priced Skinomi ones) popped up.At first I was hesitant about the non-descript packaging. I had never really heard of this brand before, figured it would come from China or somewhere else overseas. I waited a few days while my 2-year-old continue to pummel his newly loved handheld. I finally caved in and ordered. I was given an estimated delivery of 7 days from my order. The package arrived 3 days later from California..I was really happy with that! The packaging was still non-descript, but the screen protectors fit the 2DS perfectly. In fact, probably the easiest installation I've ever done with very few bubbles that were easily pushed out with my finger. I was a little dismayed that the screen protectors didn't have the dual peel away layers for maximum cleanliness, but it really didn't matter because you literally just line this up, start pushing it down with the thick card provided and you're done!I really hope iLLumiShield is able to capitalize on being the first to market with a reasonably priced screen protector for the Nintendo 2DS and will always check out their options for new devices I get in the future..

The package for this product included a small card urging me to leave a positive review here at Amazon if it met my expectations, and I am pleased to state that, instead, it exceeded them. The protectors are extremely easy to apply, and I managed to get them onto my new 2DS without any air bubbles or dust particles whatsoever, a major achievement for this type of product. Highly recommended.
